Quiet Panic was formed in 2019 by co-founders Ryan Hoffman and Michael Messina. Its relevance is deeply rooted in hardcore punk ideology - a community that both founders grew up in, learned their ethics from, and have built connections, and friendships for decades.

Staying true to their DIY ethos while inspired by like-minded labels such as 4AD, Factory, Dischord, and Touch & Go, Quiet Panic operates an Independent Record Label and Artist Management Company focused on delivering subversive art from a diverse pool of talent who aren't afraid to express themselves without limitations.

Quiet Panic has released records from compelling and inventive artists, consistently adding to the roster, with more to be announced soon.

Quiet Panic’s management collective represents some of today’s most eclectic artists in music. Their focus is on individuality and creating a home for those who are forward-thinking and passionate about their craft.
